Presentation guidelines

Plenary and Keynote lectures will be delivered as single sessions in the Mousseron A Hall.

Oral Communications will be presented

• in parallel sessions  in the Mousseron A and Mousseron B Halls (Monday and Tuesday afternoon)
• as single sessions in the Mousseron A Hall

The duration of presentations is:

• Oral communications: 20 min including discussions.
• Keynote lectures: 30 min including discussions.
• Plenary lectures: 45 min including discussions.

All speakers are asked to upload the PowerPoint files of their presentations prior to their talks on the computer in the respective conference rooms. Technical staff will assist with uploading during coffee or lunch breaks.

Please ensure that your PowerPoint presentation is in 16:9 (widescreen) format.
